Chongqing- On May 16, the 2nd Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade (WCIFIT) opened at the Chongqing International Expo Center. China-Singapore (Chongqing) Smart Tourism Technology Service Co., Ltd. (CSST), as the only company working on smart tourism under the China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity (CCI), attended the great event and inked a strategic cooperation agreement with the People’s Government of Yuzhong District. CSST is a joint venture between Chongqing Tourism Investment Group and Fooyo, a Singapore-based smart tourism solution company. The two parties will co-build a vertical all-in-one tourism service platform for Chongqing, which is expected to serve as a new engine of cultural tourism integrated development there.

CSST aims to provide cultural tourism operation services for tourist destinations. In response to that, the company launched its Phase I product--AI Chongqing in August 2018, which has won great attention. As a matter of fact, it is China’s first and only tourism project under the CCI and a demonstration project of Chongqing Smart Construction.
This agreement between CSST and Yuzhong District marks new progress that the former is going to make in its in-tourism service operation. As the mother town of Chongqing, Yuzhong District enjoys a long history, unique culture and a great variety of attractions like Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, Liziba Station and Yangtze River Cableway. CSST established it's headquarters there due to the rich tourism scenarios and huge flow of people can help it develop the all-in-one tourism service operation project.
