The 2019 China Sports Lottery Cup, The 8th International Mountain Bike Race, will kick off on August 14 in the Hongchiba scenic area. People now can register for the competition.

The event is sponsored by Chongqing Municipal Culture and Tourism Development Committee and Administration of Sport of Chongqing. The exhibition incorporates 18 km and 7 km mountain bike races in four groups: young men, middle-aged men, women, and amateurs. It is expected to accept 500 participants.
After over a year of enclosed reconstruction, the playing field at the Hongchiba scenic area reopened in July and welcomed much improved road traffic, landscapes, and reception capability. To further improve the riding experience, Hongchiba also upgraded the racing tracks. They have straightened out some curves as much as possible and widened the road from Wenfeng Town (Wuxi County) to the Hongchiba scenic area to 7.5 meters.
