Jiangbei Smart City Management Center：Supervision platform for efficient, intelligent city management
In 2010, the digital city management system of Jiangbei District was fully operational and put into operation. More than 930,000 city furniture in the district was found and tracked by the NB technique. In other words, the identity code digitization was realized, and more than 2.2 million urban problems were effectively solved that urban management problems have been upload to the smart city management with big data and advanced technology. Circulation, assessment, and data accumulation have improved the efficiency of urban governance. Jiangbei District explored smart city management without the standards and successful cases in the whole country.
In January 2015, the preliminary design of smart city management was adopted as the first case in Chongqing, and it has obtained six intellectual property rights of the National Copyright Administration. The Municipal Urban Administration officially released the first national provincial-level smart city management and technical specification compiled by Jiangbei District in December 2018. By the end of 2019, 18 projects have been put into operation one after another. It is the first in the country to explore and build a new model of smart city management with the “1322” structure, and urban governance has been changed from 1.0 to 3.0.
What is the supervision platform`s transformation? In the urban management stage 1.0, it uses the basic digital system to record issues such as traffic jams, broken utility in town by computers during the 2000s. In stage 2.0, Jiangbei made the advanced city management system by coding and meshing to ensure each area`s responsibility in everyone in the related department to solve the social issue efficiently. In the current stage 3.0, the system learned from the previous data, and it could capture the issues automatically. The inspector only needs to check the uploaded problem and assign it to each department, which highly improves the rate and efficiency of problem-solving. Additionally, 2/3 issues nowadays were assigned automatically by the smart system.

CosmoPlat, a cloud sharing platform, provides different types of services, has China's independent intellectual property rights, and the world's first industrial Internet platform to introduce users' full process participation experience. A large-scale customization solution consisting of seven modules, including production. CosmoPlat was successfully introduced to 15 industries, such as architecture, pottery making, and textiles. Also, it covers six areas in China, and there are 20 regions and countries are copying this model.
Demonstrated from Zhang`s interview, CosmoPlat won the bid in Chongqing municipal government to improve local small and medium-sized company operations and upgrading. In this bid, CosmoPlat set a goal for more than 200 companies will be benefiting from this platform and help their development in various aspects with Haier`s resources and experiences. Currently, 15 enterprises from Chongqing has participated in this project.
