Though it looks like an ordinary ambulance, it has many more functions than the ordinary one backed by 5G.

The screen in the Control Center of Chonggang General Hospital displays the basic information, vital signs and real-time videos of emergency patients. Being equipped with high-definition cameras and a voice communication system, the whole system can also plan the route for the ambulance. It helps realize specialist doctors’ telemedicine consultations in the Control Center.

As Deputy Director of the Emergency Department of Chonggang General Hospital, Zhao Zigang said that this ambulance allows the staff in the emergency center to know the patient’s condition in advance and give professional guidance to the personnel on the vehicle. By virtue of the ambulance, doctors can also quickly develop rescue plans or make preoperative preparations in advance.
