The 2020 Beibei Spring Festival Lighting has officially started. Workers are finishing off the installation of lights in the city proper, which is expected to be completed in the next two days so citizens can ring in the Year of the Rat.

The Beibei Spring Festival Lighting this year explores the theme of “Happy Spring Festival” and “Convivial Family,” creating the Spring Festival atmosphere and forming a stunning city skyline through the ingenious use of lanterns, Chinese knots, and Character “Fortune.”

The lighting starts at 6 pm every day, and the festival may well last until after the Lantern Festival, offering citizens a happy Spring Festival.
