For now, the enterprise's production capacity is 70% of the full production capacity, with a monthly output of about 200 million pieces of semiconductors. "I dare not say that we are the first enterprise in Chongqing to begin preparing materials for epidemic prevention, but we are the company prepared for COVID-19 relatively early. Alpha and Omega, as the world's first power semiconductor enterprise integrating 12-inch chip manufacturing and packaging testing, has more than 1,800 employees, and there are still about 500 people who did not return to work. The original plan requires those 500 employees to return to work recently, but the enterprise made adjustments to avoid crowds.

To confirm the physical health of employees, checking body temperature is a necessary task. In addition, to monitor body temperature during work hours, Alpha and Omega also arranges medical staff to carry out spot checks at various positions from time to time.
Meanwhile, internal meetings are essential during daily work. However, the enterprise chooses online meetings through audio or video during the COVID-19. Besides, for those offline conferences or communication, the Alpha and Omega issued special regulations. For example, the enterprise reduces the people for the conference room to five while it was able to fit up to ten people originally. Moreover, the distance between each employee was much larger than normal, keeping it above one meter to avoid the risk of contact inspection.
To ensure the cleanliness of public areas, the current staff passages, offices, tea rooms, restrooms, and other areas of the company are arranged with cleaning staff for full-time covered disinfection twice a day. For restaurants and other key areas, the disinfection frequency is even higher, reaching four times a day, the earliest time is more than 4 am.

In addition, to ensure both the physical and mental health of the first batch of returning employees, Alpha and Omega also arranged medical staff on duty in the health consultation room to provide emergency treatment, psychological counseling, and other services.
Furthermore, epidemic prevention materials are adequately prepared. The enterprise's material security makes 14,000 masks and 150 liters of alcohol. The company's headquarters in the United States also provided relevant epidemic prevention materials. For the next step, Alpha and Omega will gradually increase some material reserves based on actual conditions.
