If the online declaration is not convenient for you, you can also apply in advance to the health and quarantine department of the airport customs for a paper edition of the Health Declaration Form for Inbound and Outbound Travellers or get the form at the counters of airlines and fill in it truthfully.

When entering or leaving China, you must show the customs staff the bar code information of electronic declaration or the filled paper edition of the Health Declaration Form for Inbound and Outbound Travellers for verification and go through temperature monitoring, medical inspection, medical screening and other health and quarantine procedures. The customs will clear those who pass the verification.

You could also scan the following mini-program via Wechat or search the "Customs Pocket Declaration" on WeChat for health declaration.
