On May 25, Chongqing Expert Service Center and Sichuan Expert Service Center signed the Sichuan-Chongqing Expert Resource Sharing Agreement. It established the Expert Service Group for Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle Construction. In the next five days, the first 60 industry experts from Sichuan and Chongqing will go to Neijiang City to carry out assistance activities at local enterprises and institutions in batches.
On May 25, Chongqing Expert Service Center and Sichuan Expert Service Center signed the Sichuan-Chongqing Expert Resource Sharing Agreement.
As per the agreement, Chongqing and Sichuan will enhance cooperation on establishing Sichuan-Chongqing expert resource sharing system, conducting Sichuan-Chongqing expert think-tank service activities, seeking support from superior authorities for related activities, and developing a working mechanism for Sichuan-Chongqing expert talent sharing and cooperation.
Notably, the organization's form of the Expert Service Group for Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle Construction has never been seen before in neither Sichuan nor Chongqing's community-based expert service activities. In the next five days, 60 experts specializing in a wide range of industries from Sichuan and Chongqing will go to Zizhong County, Weiyuan County, Longchang City, Shizhong District, Dongxing District, and enterprises and institutions in Neijiang City in batches to carry out assistance activities on health care, education, tourism, environmental protection, enterprise management, risk prevention, and control and industry.
Sichuan and Chongqing plan to organize expert service groups every year to carry out assistance activities on most needed service projects by best experts in these regards. By organizing such a group, Sichuan and Chongqing experts can make suggestions together on major tasks of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle construction, key Sichuan-Chongqing cooperation projects, and topical subjects on human resources and social security, and carry out cross-regional, cross-platform, cross-disciplinary and cross-field intellectual cooperation and related achievement commercialization around Sichuan and Chongqing's needs in pursuing innovation-driven development.
