Sichuan and Chongqing Doctor Service Groups Join Hands to Drive CCEC Construction

Lately, the signing ceremony of the 20th batch of service groups dispatched to Sichuan and Chongqing consisting of talent with doctor degree to help Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle (CCEC) construction was held in Suining, Sichuan Province. These groups were organized by the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China. The two groups signed a memorandum of exchange and cooperation, and the strategic cooperation agreement between Zhongbo Sichuan Think Tank and Zhongbo Chongqing Think Tank.

According to the cooperation agreement, the service groups and think tanks of Sichuan and Chongqing will establish a long-term cooperation mechanism. The goal is to ratchet up cooperation in research, talent cultivation, and project introduction in line with the principle of "resource sharing, complementary advantages, collaborative innovation, and common development." The two sides will jointly make suggestions for the development of the two regions, pragmatically promote the implementation of relevant policies and projects, and provide talent support and intellectual support for the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.

Chongqing Blockchain Innovation Alliance and Sichuan Provincial Blockchain Industry Association successfully inked a contract through the help of the service groups. The two sides will further ramp up cooperation and exchanges among their blockchain industries, enterprises, public institutions, and talent, and accelerate the integrated development of blockchain technologies.

The service groups also investigated Huida Lemon and the industry-city integrated development of InnoQuick and Jinqiao Park of Suining High-tech Zone. They held a forum to facilitate the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and push forward the integrated and high-quality development of Suining and Tongnan. At the meeting, 22 doctors combined their majors and positions and put forward more than 20 rational proposals on infrastructure connectivity, public service co-construction and sharing, and industrial development advantage complementation, focusing on issues such as industrial planning, park construction, and coordinated development of talent.
