Talent training has become a key part of digital economy industrial development. Responding to that, Alibaba Cloud Innovation Center (Chongqing) initiated the CloudX Smart School, Chongqing Digital Economy Industry-Education Integration Talent Training Alliance, etc.

The former has launched the Qingyun Program, inviting teachers from universities and executives from digital economy-related companies to help students prepare for work, and offer them digital economy-based practical training opportunities. These students are either from local application-oriented universities or secondary and higher vocational education institutions, who major in digital intellectualization (Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud computing) or other relevant disciplines. Furthermore, the job fairs will allow talent to find ideal companies, vice versa.

As of now, the CloudX Smart School has established one online platform and one Alibaba Cloud AIoT training base. The latter is the first industrial talent training base of Alibaba Cloud AIoT in Southwest China, opening for Chongqing universities, teachers, and students.
