Chongqing HRSIP Opens New Park in Western Science City

Chongqing - The 3rd China Headhunting Industry Development Summit & the Opening Ceremony of China (Chongqing) Human Resource Service Industrial Park Science City Park was held in western Chongqing's High-Tech Industrial Development Zone on Dec. 16.

As the country's second-ever national human resource service industrial park (HRSIP), it jointly built the Chongqing HRSIP Science City Park in collaboration with the Chongqing Municipal Human Resource and Social Security Bureau, and the Chongqing High-Tech Industrial Development Zone.

The science city park Aims to further promote the coordinated development of human resource service industries in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle and to boost innovation and entrepreneurship in building Western China (Chongqing) Science City. The opening of the science city park also signifies the deepening of phase-two regional coordinated development of Chongqing HRSIP.

"The Park launched a series of preferential policies for general, developmental, and supportive uses to encourage the inclusion of more domestic and international leading organizations," said Deng Jun, a managing director with the Science City Park.

"We have 'case-based' and 'company-specific' inclusive preferential policies for contracted industry-leading brands, (regional) headquarter enterprises, innovative venture companies, R&D institutions, settlement centers, and special projects."

Experts and industry leaders were invited to attend the 3rd China Headhunting Industry Development Summit.

Following the grand opening ceremony of the science city park is the 3rd China Headhunting Industry Development Summit, which released the long-expected "2020 China Headhunting Industry Top 10 List."

Korn Ferry, Career International, Manpower Group, Heidrick & Struggles, Michael Page, Kelly Services, Hays, FA Talent, Hudson, and Connectus made the top 10 list for foreign-invested/joint venture enterprises.

A signing ceremony between the science city park and Chongqing's universities was held during the summit.

While Risfond, Consultants for Global Leadership (CGL), ZDL Group, Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP), Aimsen & Company, Lieyi, KNX, Match Point, and Yihe Consulting Group made the top 10 list for domestically-funded enterprises.

Near the end of the summit, the science city park also signed strategic partnerships with Chongqing University, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and the Chongqing University of Technology, which would ensure the deepened and extensive bilateral cooperation in talent introduction, talent flow, and college graduate employment.

The "2020 China Headhunting Industry Lists" were released at the summit.
