As phase I of the AI City project built by China Everbright Group in the Western (Chongqing) Science City, the AI Park project located on the bank of Fengming Lake profits from the reform of "streamlining administration, delegating powers, strengthening regulation and improving government services." The project started in December last year and concluded in February this year. This high efficiency should be credited to the Chongqing High-tech Industrial Development Zone taking the lead in launching the city's electronic construction permits.
