"It's been my third time to participate in the match. But today's preliminary match still made me very excited." According to Xu Guo who won the runner-up in the last year's APS Project, equal importance must be placed on both attitude and vehicle performance to win. Therefore, even though it was only a training activity, you should do your utmost as you would in the final.

As a highlight of every year's i-VISTA Grand Challenge, the ADAS Challenge is inclusive and interesting and offers generous prizes for winners. So it attracts many participants every time, brings great attention to the contest, and contributes to the development of automobile technology.

According to the data provided by the Organizing Committee, the number of car brands and models has seen a new high, and after online voting and expert review, nearly 30 car models covering all the leading intelligent car products on the market get to the final. This year's Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) match is more complex in terms of the event setting. That's because this year's competition has changed the goals for participating cars from the model cars to the dummy models. It means the volume of the goals will be decreased remarkably, and there will be a higher requirement for participating cars' detection and perception ability.

As to the most popular ADAS challenge, the Organizing Committee has added the Enterprise Group for the first time this year. Compared with the Individual Group, teamwork and tactics coordination are more important for the Enterprise Group, and there will be a more vigorous competition atmosphere.

Moreover, this year's event will also add the Low-Speed Autonomous Driving Challenge and Virtual Simulation Challenge for the first time, also introduce such new highlights as the cloud platform for the first time. All the matches will become more professional, authoritative, and watchable. On August 19-22, the event will kick off in Chongqing Liangjiang Collaborative Innovation Zone.
