Cooperation with Chinese clients
The British delegation companies participating in the SCE 2021 cover fields in digital transformation, smart manufacturing, smart travel, cyber security, green and sustainable development, smart airports, digital healthcare, and education technology, which are related to smart and digital industries.
It is important to know that some of these companies have already cooperated with Chinese clients in digitization and intelligence fields.
For instance, Trustonic, one of the British delegation companies, is a joint venture established in 2012 by the semiconductor industry (ARM) and digital security leader (Gemalto). It provides valuable security services for device manufacturers and application owners by providing the best security on all smartly connected devices, associated services and applications.
Trustonic's advanced TEE (Trusted Executable Environment ) security technology has been built into the top ten AndroidOEM and in-vehicle applications, including but not limited to Huawei, Vivo, OPPO, Xiaomi, Alipay, WeChat Pay and other solutions.
British theme pavilion is ready
This SCE 2021 sets up a British theme pavilion in Hall N1 (N1013) at the Chongqing International Expo Center.
The exhibition area will be divided into four major sections, including digital transformation, digital lighting-up life, technology-enabled manufacturing, green building, and innovation, to showcase the leading technologies of British companies in related fields.
Known as the only British unicorn company in the western semiconductor industry, Graphcore showcases its second-generation artificial intelligence IPU (Intelligent Processor) and its use in large-scale system-level product IPU-Machine: M2000 (IPU-M2000).
Each chip of the product contains more than 59.4 billion transistors on a 823 square millimeter, making it the most complex processor in history, bringing 180TB/sec of data bandwidth and keeping communication latency almost constant.
"It is specifically designed for the needs of current and next-generation artificial intelligence workloads," said Ellison. Graphcore's IPU has been widely used in AI scenarios in vertical fields such as finance, healthcare, telecommunications, and the Internet.
At the SCE 2021, a series of cooperation results between British and Chinese companies in the field of digitalization and intelligence will be seen.
