Chongqing-2021 China-SCO Forum on Digital Economy Industry and Smart China Expo 2021 wrapped up on August 25th. Apart from the exhibition, the public’s attention also focused on products with advanced technology. According to the official release, within the 3-day expo, more than 50 kinds of new achievements involving new energy use, smart vehicles, and cyber security with edge-cutting technologies in the field of intelligent manufacturing, new energy, and so forth had been launched for the first time. These achievements will not only help to make people's life and work more intelligent but also contribute to carbon-emission reduction.

Chongqing Municipal Government has made a strategic deployment to build the first-class application scenarios of new energy and intelligent connected vehicles. In this deployment, Chongqing will build ten hydrogen refueling stations by 2023, promote 1000 vehicles with hydrogen fuel cells, own over 50 industrial chain enterprises, and achieve an output value of over 11 billion yuan.
So far, many enterprises in the industrial chain of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have been set up in Chongqing. On the first day of the Expo, the Presentation Conference of Chongqing Promoting Hydrogen Fuel Cells Vehicles was held.
At the conference, enterprises related to hydrogen fuel cell and hydrogen refueling station construction released their latest achievements. Jiulongpo District and Liangjiang New Area, the two key demonstration areas of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, released the development of the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle industry in Chongqing. According to the introductions, Jiulongpo District is engaged in building the “Western Hydrogen Valley” with a total investment of more than 20 billion yuan. At present, Western Hydrogen Valley has gathered enterprises like Bosch, Sinosynergy, SinoHykey, Qingling Motors, which covers eight key products in hydrogen-driven vehicles and fuel cells. Therefore, a relatively complete supporting system for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles has been formed there.
How to guarantee information security and build a secured information network is a considering factor in many fields like the construction of smart cities, industry internet, and so forth. A new application technology based on QKD (Quantum Key Distribution) developed by National Science Quantum was released at the Expo. Meanwhile, this new application technology has been adopted by Bishan District.
Bishan has brought in National Science Quantum, built a quantum-secured communication MAN, and a 330-kilometer national wide-area quantum-secured communication trunk line connecting Chongqing and Chengdu, and completed the commissioning work of the quantum satellite ground station. Now a satellite-ground integrated quantum-secured communication network covering the Chengdu-Chongqing region has been preliminarily built.
At the same time, Bishan has constructed facilities like the middleware system and developed cloud products with QKD technology. Moreover, information security trusteeship based on QKD has also been applied in the industrial internet, smart city, and other fields in Bishan on trial.

2021 Chang’an Auto Science & Technology Ecologic Conference unveiled a couple of new products with “black technologies” at the expo. The most eye-catching products were C386 as well as E11 SUV under Avatar Technology. C386 was the first strategic vehicle of Chang’an Auto under the brand-new platform dedicated to electric vehicles. This vehicle had been equipped with the latest “black technology” of Chang’an Auto, the Remote Unmanned Autonomous Parking System APA7.0, which allowed the vehicle to enter the gate of a parking lot and find a parking space, and park autonomously without the intervention or surveillance of drivers.
Meanwhile, the Remote Unmanned Autonomous Parking System APA7.0 was also capable of picking up passengers at the entrance of elevators or outside of parking lots and autonomous parking at the service areas of highways.
In addition, another highlight of the conference was the release of the E11 SUV, the first high-end Smart Electric SUV under Avatar Technology. This vehicle was jointly produced by Chang’an Auto, Huawei, and CATL. It carried Huawei Inside and the newest electrification technology of CATL.
