NewAnge, a high-tech company registered in Liangjiang New Area, specializes in environmental management solutions. The company has acquired more than 60 technology patents and 18 software copyrights, which have been applied to its services, including cleaning, garbage classification, and waste transfer. On 16th, the company's stock was trading at 6.46 yuan, increasing 3.36% and a market value of 1,979 million yuan. With NewAnge going public, Liangjiang's direct administration region now accommodates 13 public companies, contributing 16.5% of Chongqing's total listed companies.

The establishment of BSE was announced in September as an approach to support specialized and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the leading ones of which are often called "little giants." Liao Chenglin, a professor at the School of Economics and Business Administration of Chongqing University, said an array of "little giants" in Chongqing would hopefully go public on BSE in years to come.

Companies specialize in "carbon neutrality," "emission peak," and big data, innovative companies related to Chongqing's establishment of international consumption center, companies that participate in the pillar industries in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, and companies with innovative business models, disruptive technologies, and leading products are potential, Liao added.

330 specialized and innovative SMEs are currently nurtured in Liangjiang New Area, 15 of which are national "little giants" and nine are at the municipal level, both ranking first in Chongqing.
