Chongqing’s Communications Support Vehicles Appear at the Winter Olympics

Chongqing- 32 communication support vehicles produced by a Chongqing enterprise are responsible for the communication and network security at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.

For such a grand global sporting event, the on-site events have extremely high requirements on the network. Communication security work is particularly important considering dense crowds.

Respond quickly to emergencies

The 2G/3G/4G/5G communication support vehicles produced by Chongqing Dima Industry Co., Ltd. are widely used in large group activities and emergencies, providing seamless mobile communications on site by offering the first response, fastest execution, and effective response during emergencies.

The traditional communication support vehicle is configured with two poles and two towers.

One of the poles carries 2+4G antennas, and the other pole carries 5G antennas, which can integrate various emergency service resources command and joint operations to provide the public with fast and timely emergency response and make a strong guarantee for public social safety.

However, Chongqing Dima Industry Co., Ltd. has realized 4G/5G co-pole and co-tower through the technical improvement of the intelligent, comprehensive tower crane system.

Specifically, it adopted a layered arrangement, with 5G antennas on the top and 2+4G antennas on the bottom. At the same time, it was equipped with three 2+4G antennas and three 5G devices (AAU).

This high technology not only enables in-vehicle optimization and communication expansion but properly integrates microwave antennas, lightning rods, AP antennas, warning lights, and other equipment and corresponding feeders into the comprehensive tower crane system, adding "digital wings" on the mobile communication.
