International exchange and cooperation

A high-quality international platform will be built for the city's human resources industry, which will facilitate related organizations to conduct international exchanges and cooperation.

This will be an essential contributor to the human resources industry in serving international trade cooperation and joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.

To promote the development of service trade for enterprises, the industrial park has come out of a characteristic, industrialized, and innovative development path.

For example, the establishment of the European-Chongqing center of human resources services industry development base, the first headhunter (often called an executive recruiter) base in the country, the post-doctoral research stations, and others.

Next, the industrial park will promote its international trade development, striving to initially form a human resources service trade demonstration base with international influence by 2025.
