Chongqing- Chongqing's first science and technology standard collaborative innovation demonstration zone will be established according to the cooperation framework agreement signed by Chongqing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau and Chongqing Liangjiang New Area.

The framework agreement was released at the launching conference of the first Chongqing Standardization Publicity Week in the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Scientific and Technological Standards Collaborative Innovation Demonstration Zone.
The cooperation aims to build the first technological standard innovation base for Chongqing, integrating the standard innovative force in the city to build the foundation of technological standards for future industrial development and attract international and domestic professional talents.
Chongqing has participated in 72 international standards establishments, and 2,202 national and industrial standards establishments, according to the speaker of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau. The city will lead to more standards established in the future as the work is emphasized again.
Chongqing Liangjiang Collaborative Innovation Zone was granted a "National Technical Standards Innovation Base" at the conference. Six scientific research institutes and enterprises in the zone were awarded "Technical Standards Innovation Research Center" status, covering fields in advanced computing, advanced smart construction, functional unmanned vehicles, additive manufacturing, and manufacturing digitization.
