Chongqing- Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CQUPT) issued an invitation letter for the 2023 China's Excellent Young Scientists Fund (Overseas) in January 2023.
This project aims to attract and encourage overseas outstanding young scholars, including non-Chinese foreigners, who have made exemplary achievements in natural science, engineering, and technology, management science to work in China.
The invitation letter lists the general situation of the project application, application requirements, school advantages, contact information, and other relevant information.
Regarding remuneration, talents can enjoy a basic salary, provident fund, and social insurance and involve in the wage distribution of school performance, the talent subsidy, and the reward subsidy for the school's high-level achievement.
Furthermore, individual scientific research start-up fees and resettlement subsidies will be agreed upon for outstanding talents.
CQUPT has provided service support, including housing and apartments. The school will assist talents to enjoy medical services from the tertiary a-level hospital in Chongqing and their children to enroll in kindergartens, primary and secondary schools affiliated with CQUPT,
Eligible tutors can be identified for their qualifications and professional titles, and the recruitment quotas for masters, doctors, and postdoctoral fellows can be guaranteed.
CQUPT is located in the main urban area of Chongqing. Chongqing is a national historical and cultural city, the center of international exchanges in the central and western regions, an important city in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, and an important strategic point for developing the western region.
