As a leading domestic aluminum processing enterprise, Southwest Aluminum Co., LTD. saw potential opportunities for this.

In 2022, Southwest Aluminum (Group) Co., LTD. witnessed the explosive growth of new energy vehicles and deepened into the automotive panel market. In terms of aerospace, Southwest Aluminum has passed the certification of qualified suppliers such as The Boeing Company, Airbus, Safran, Antonov Company, and Elal Israel Airlines at the earliest in the country and reached the supply in batch.

Regarding ships, the company’s comprehensive ship certification system has successfully obtained the recognition and certificates of ship products from the United States, France, Norway, the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, and China classification societies. The company has steadily supplied tens of thousands of tons of ships to well-known overseas shipyards.

“The construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle will boost the rapid development of new energy vehicles and other industries,” Li added.

Through strengthening the construction of the platform, especially on the supply and demand of the automobile industry chain and the key products industry chain of electronic information in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.

Both places will add columns for automobiles, new energy batteries, and electronic aluminum products, encouraging automobile and electronic complete machine enterprises to prioritize purchasing aluminum products from both places.
