Chongqing - Ever since its grand debut, Rongbao, the adorable mascot of the 31st FISU World University Games, has garnered immense popularity among fans worldwide.
Fashioned as a giant panda with a torch in its hand, Rongbao reminds people of Sichuan, a natural habitat of the giant panda, and its capital city Chengdu, home to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding.
The creation of Rongbao can be attributed to Topwin Toy, a prominent toy manufacturer based in Southwest China's Chongqing neighboring Sichuan. The manufacturer holds exclusive rights as the mascot's franchise supplier.
With an impressive workforce of 4,000 dedicated employees, Topwin Toy has invested significant efforts in bringing the Rongbao series to life. Over 1,000 skilled workers have been involved in the production process, ensuring that every detail of the mascot is meticulously crafted.

With orders surpassing the one-million mark, the company has increased its production efforts to a daily output of 50,000 units.
Huang Qiyi, a company employee, said that personnel had been deployed to work overtime to ensure a consistent supply for the games, showcasing their dedication to meeting the growing demand.
Among the array of captivating Rongbao series produced by the firm, the Sichuan opera's face-changing collection stands out as the crowd favorite. This particular series boasts a unique feature: each set includes distinct printed masks, expertly matched with the iconic face-changing masks.

Topwin Toy has leveraged top-tier resources over the past few years, forming notable partnerships with Bubble Mart, McDonald's, Disney, and Alibaba. As a result, their toy products are now available on the shelves of over 160 countries and regions worldwide.
Huang emphasized that the Chengdu Games have played a crucial role in elevating Topwin Toy's design and IP influence. Looking towards the future, the company aims to establish a formidable intellectual property portfolio and enhance its brand promotion.
He thinks this will not only showcase the exceptional cultural and creative product manufacturing within the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle but also demonstrate the vast influence of Chinese cultural elements on the global stage.
