Chongqing - The Changjiahui employment service project was launched on Wednesday in the Nanan district of Chongqing to enhance talent services.

The project has attracted an investment of 3.5 billion yuan ( $477.79 million) in the next five years, encompassing smart manufacturing, artificial intelligence, aerospace, and software information, said Wang Maochun, mayor of Nanan district.

Facilities to attract talent and enhance employment

Spanning 110,000 square meters, the Changjiahui employment service project includes facilities like a public employment service platform, the Nanan district talent enclave network, talent apartments, and a conference center.

It employs a "government + market" partnership model to establish a public employment service platform, a high-level talent exchange platform, and rural revitalization service stations.

Furthermore, it collaborates with Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen to create talent enclaves.

It is expected that by 2025, more than 46 talent projects will be implemented, the recruitment of over 140 middle and senior-level talents, and services provided to priority employment groups totaling 12,000 times, said Youyong, deputy mayor of Nanan district.
