To schedule an appointment with Chongqing Emergency Medical Center, follow these steps:
1. Locate and access the official WeChat Account "重庆市急救医疗中心v" (ID: cqsjjylzx).

2. In the "Smart Hospital"（智慧医院） section, select "Registration"（预约挂号）.
3. Choose the specific outpatient department, date, and doctor for your appointment.
4. Alternatively, utilize other appointment methods such as telephone, clinic, on-site, or follow-up appointments for discharged patients.
Friendly reminder:
1. The online booking system requires real-name registration. Register first, and note that each mobile phone number and ID card number can only be used for one registration.
2. Provide the patient's real name and valid ID card number. Bring the original ID card during the visit to avoid invalidation of appointment information.
3. No service fee for online booking; registration and medical consultation fees mirror on-site charges.
4. Arrive 30 minutes before your appointment in the outpatient hall. Late arrivals result in appointment cancellation.
5. Cancel appointments before 17:00 one day prior to avoid a no-show designation. Three accumulated no-shows bar future appointments.
6. In case of a specialist's unexpected leave, timely notifications will be provided. Stay informed about temporary closures, or contact us for phone consultations.
