Appointment Registration Guidelines:
1. Real-Name System: The hospital uses a real-name system for treatment. Ensure your registration information matches your patient information.
2. Scheduling Appointments:
- Appointment slots are updated daily at 15:00 and can be booked up to 30 days in advance.
- Appointment times are indicative; actual treatment follows the sequence number.
- Daily registration is required. If diagnostic tests can’t be completed in one day, schedule in advance for result consultations.
- Registrations are valid only on the day of medical registration and expire the next day.
3. Collecting Your Number: Present your ID at our self-service machines or registration windows 30 minutes before your appointment to collect your number. Alternatively, use your ID at the check-in machine in the clinic area.
4. Cancellation Policy: Cancel your appointment one day in advance if you can’t make it (cancel by 00:00 on the treatment day via the original booking channel).
5. No-Show Policy: Two no-shows or late cancellations within seven days, or five within 90 days, resulting in a 6-month suspension of booking privileges. However, this doesn’t affect walk-in registrations.
