2. Click on “Hospital in hand” (掌上医院) and bind your patient information.
3. Select “Registration” (or “Registration on the same day” for immediate appointments).
4. Choose your preferred department, doctor, date, and time.
5. Confirm your details to complete the reservation.
Friendly reminder:
1. Appointments can be changed or canceled using the same method you booked with, provided you do so 24 hours in advance.
2. Missing two appointments without prior cancellation will result in a temporary suspension of your booking privileges for three months.
3. Registration and payment are available at the counters on each outpatient clinic floor. The self-service registration machines are available for same-day visits or bookings up to 7 days in advance.
