Banma’s systems, building on Chongqing’s strong automobile industry base and the scale advantages of consumer electronics, aim to transition and upgrade the inland automotive sector towards intelligent, connected new energy vehicles, promising high-quality development.
Annual production capacity of no less than 200,000 units
Banma and industrial partners will research, produce, and sell innovative component products, including intelligent cockpits, smart driving, and cabin-drive integration, leveraging its independently controlled intelligent car operating system.
Specifically, the collaboration involves establishing an operating system R&D center and laboratories serving the upstream and downstream of the industry, as well as an intelligent computing center for AI and large automotive industry models, among other open and efficient innovation and R&D platforms.
It aims to foster a cluster of industry chain enterprises in operating systems, chips, intelligent driving, software development and testing, and hardware design and manufacturing, nurturing a comprehensive “automobile + electronics + service” intelligent connected vehicle operating system innovation industry cluster.
