New Delicacies for Tongnan Banquet, Fostering a Pluralistic Food Culture

The breathtaking feast offers crays with five flavors, especially numbing, spicy, umami, and savory. In addition, Tongnan Tai'an Fish is mainly made of spotted silver carps, silver carps, or grass carps in good supply. The Shuangjiang plain crisp fish refers to complete local crucian carp simmered with a secret sauce. The golden crisp fish with lees is owing to a numbing, spicy, umami, and savory soup.
