Feikuai Navigation aims to enhance Chongqing's low-altitude economy by pioneering industries such as low-altitude medical services, emergency deliveries, and urban inspections. The company primarily focuses on urgent, challenging, and high-risk scenarios.
Yang Qinghua, the company's marketing director, highlights one of its prominent applications: low-altitude medical logistics. Feikuai Navigation transports blood, test samples, and urgent medical supplies by partnering with hospitals and supporting emergency rescues. "Unlike traditional ground transportation, drone delivery offers direct 'point-to-point' routes, bypassing traffic congestion and increasing efficiency by over 60%," said Yang.
Yang emphasizes drones' significant value to the medical field, offering flexibility and stability. Drones effectively bridge spatial gaps in remote areas, improve emergency response times, and address disparities in medical resource distribution. The high-value nature of medical deliveries, combined with a strong willingness and ability to pay for timely services, makes the medical market an ideal entry point for commercial drone logistics.
Feikuai Navigation also provides aerial logistics services through its drones, automated hubs, and flight control systems. The drone airport, surrounded by iron fences and marked with a target, serves as the base for drone deliveries.
"Drone logistics essentially involves 'two points and a line': the takeoff and landing points, and the flight path, ensuring safe delivery," explained Zhang Guiqi, Operation Manager of Feikuai Navigation.

Customers can place orders via a WeChat mini program and choose drone delivery. Once the goods are prepared, staff instructs the flight control system, and the drone delivers them to the designated landing site along a preset route. "The drone's flight data, including battery power and altitude, is easy to observe. In case of an emergency, it can automatically issue a warning. It is capable of fully autonomous flight, reaching L4 level autonomous driving standards for drones, " said Zhang, expressing confidence in their drone delivery system.
Feikuai Navigation's current drone model, the RA3, can carry up to 4.5 kilograms and travel approximately 15 kilometers. It features multiple backup power systems and a parachute for extreme emergencies, ensuring stringent urban safety standards.
Looking ahead, Yang revealed the company's plans to establish more point-to-point logistics routes and negotiate partnerships with companies like JD Logistics, aiming to make drone-delivered packages a reality for Chongqing residents.
Liangjiang New Area's infrastructure, including Longxing General Airport and flight service stations, supports the development of the low-altitude economy and provides a test ground for Feikuai Navigation's innovative solutions.
Chongqing's unique landscape, with its mountains and rivers, naturally complements drone logistics, offering various application scenarios for technology validation and market competitiveness.
However, as regions nationwide vie for low-altitude economic development, Chongqing's lower profile presents a challenge. Yang suggests forming industry alliances or communities to consolidate market players, host industry salons and forums, and enhance corporate innovation activities to propel the industry's growth.
