Chongqing - iFLYTEK, China’s intelligent speech and AI technology company, has released its financial results for 2025 H1. The report highlights significant growth across various sectors, fueled by its self-developed foundational AI models, with notable increases in revenue from the education and healthcare industries.

In the AI+education sector, iFLYTEK's revenue grew by 23% year on year, with gross profit rising 25%. The company's learning device business, leveraging technological leadership, saw a dramatic increase in revenue, maintaining the top position in both sales and revenue in China’s high-end learning device market.
iFLYTEK Spark large model achieved top scores in several blind tests for Chinese composition topics in China’s university entrance exams, with near-perfect results in mathematics. With continuous optimization of this model, iFLYTEK is forming a comprehensive learning loop that spans from school to home environments, accelerating its commercialization in the AI education field.
In the AI+healthcare sector, iFLYTEK’s revenue grew by 21% year over year. In June 2025, the MedBench Chinese medical AI model evaluation platform released its latest rankings, and the iFLYTEK Spark medical model topped the list with a composite score of 95.4 points. The model leads in core capabilities, including complex medical reasoning and language comprehension.
With extensive coverage of grassroots hospitals and deep collaborations with top-tier hospitals, iFLYTEK has driven improvements in grassroots healthcare services, including chronic disease management and family doctor follow-ups.
As of June 30, iFLYTEK’s AI-powered medical assistant, "AI. Assistant," has been implemented in 697 districts and counties across China, serving over 75,000 grassroots medical institutions. The system has provided over 1.01 billion AI-assisted diagnosis suggestions and successfully identified more than 110 million unreasonable prescriptions.
Regarding its overseas expansion, iFLYTEK’s AI “going global” strategy has made progress, positioning it as a new growth engine. The financial report reveals that the company’s overseas AI hardware revenue grew more than threefold yearly. Its AI-powered office tablet, launched in Japan, became the highest-selling tablet in the history of the Makuake crowdfunding platform within two months. Additionally, it ranked as the top-selling product across all categories on South Korea’s Wadiz platform in 2025.
Overall, iFLYTEK’s financial performance has shown strong improvement. The company’s revenue surpassed 10 billion yuan for the first time, reaching 10.911 billion yuan (USD 1.52 billion), a 17.01% increase. Sales receipts also exceeded 10 billion yuan, totaling 10.361 billion yuan, up by 1.35 billion yuan from the previous year, reflecting healthy business operations.
