II Source of Funding
Self-raised corporate funds.
III Supplier Eligibility Requirements
(i) Suppliers from both within and outside China may participate in this project. Suppliers shall meet the basic eligibility requirements set out in Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and provide corresponding supporting documents in accordance with the legal system of their place of registration.
(ii) Project-specific eligibility requirements:
Suppliers shall have the capacity to organize and implement overseas exhibitions or international cultural events and shall have implemented at least one exhibition or cultural exchange project outside their home country since January 1, 2023;
Suppliers shall have the capacity to design and integrate multimedia exhibits (such as digital projection, giant-screen imagery and motion-sensing interaction), together with the necessary technical team and equipment resources.
(iii) Eligibility requirements for implementing government procurement policies: None.
IV Information on the Consultation
(i) Interested suppliers registered in the Chinese mainland shall obtain this Competitive Consultation Procurement Document through Xingcaijia (https://www.gec123.com) or Chongqing Evening News. All suppliers shall be deemed to have been informed of all substantive consultation requirements, regardless of whether they have downloaded or collected the document.
(ii) Interested suppliers registered outside the Chinese mainland shall obtain this Competitive Consultation Procurement Document through the iChongqing website.
(iii) Publication period for the competitive consultation announcement: Three working days from the date of publication of the procurement announcement.
(iv) Availability of the Competitive Consultation Procurement Document:
1. Availability period: From [October] [29th], 2026 to 17:30 on [November] [4th], 2026 (Beijing Time).
2. How to obtain the document: During the availability period, suppliers may download this project's consultation document through Xingcaijia (https://www.gec123.com), the iChongqing website or Chongqing Evening News.
3. Price of the Competitive Consultation Procurement Document: Free of charge.
(iv) Method of submitting response documents: Send an electronic copy to office@ichongqing.info. A scanned PDF bearing signatures and seals submitted by a supplier from within or outside China shall be valid. Late submissions will not be accepted.
(v) Opening time for submission of response documents: 13:30 Beijing Time on [November] [9th , 2026.
Deadline for submission of response documents: 14:00 Beijing Time on [November] [9th], 2026.
(vi) Consultation format: Suppliers shall participate online. The Purchaser will email the meeting link to suppliers one day in advance.
