Fuling, a district located on the banks of the Yangtze River, is home to the the world's oldest hydrographic survey device, Baiheliang (White Crane Ridge). This 40-meter underwater museum records the hydrological changes of the Yangtze River and famous poets’ works since the Tang Dynasty. The pickled vegetable of Fuling, a fusion of traditional craftsmanship and modern standards of quality, are now sold in 52 countries around the world, with annual sales of 15 billion packets.
