Nantian Lake International Ski Resort was ready to open to the public. It is the most professional for skiing in the south of the Yangtze River. Meanwhile, it is also the largest one in Chongqing. It witnessed its grand opening ceremony for the snow season on December 14. There will be popular activities, such as bikini skiing, ski stunts, and the throwing-snow competition for thousands of participants. These events show a different “charm of the snowfield”.

The panorama

It, at an elevation of about 2,000 meters, locates in Fengdu Nantian Lake Scenic Area. Moreover, covered with snow, the winter here is cold and white. Covering of about 450,000 m², there are 3 levels of ski runs for elementary, intermediate and advanced skiers. This can satisfy their diversified demands. It can receive 3,000-5,000 tourists a day, and the parking lot can accommodate 500 cars. The well-equipped resort set up a ski school with professional ski instructors. In the meantime, it offers specialized courses for ski amateurs of all ages.

“Since the opening last year, Nantian Lake International Ski Resort has won great support from numerous citizens and visitors. Furthermore, to improve professionalism and reception, we have newly built two advanced ski runs and cable cars. Therefore, skiers can enjoy skiing in a more pleasant and comfortable way. In addition, to celebrate the opening of the snow season, the resort will be free of admission on December 14.
