Downtown Chongqing first ushers in a world-class professional boxing championship. The Press Conference of 2018 Chongqing (Yubei District) WBC and WBO World Championships was held on the afternoon of November 1. Professional boxers from such countries and regions as China, Japan, Russia, Italy, etc. will compete at Yubei District Stadium on December 15 night. Otherwise, it will witness the birth of Welterweight, WBC International Title, and Bantamweight, WBO Intercontinental Title (Youth). 

Meanwhile, Baishanbo, known as “China’s Golovkin”, along with He Zongli, Champion of Sichuan Boxing Championship (51KG), will serve as the Chinese representatives to fight for two golden belts. Baishanbo and He Zongli will respectively battle for the two golden belts.

The Excellent Boxer of Boxing Championship

Baishanbo Nasiyiwula, a professional boxer of the Kazakhs, looks like Golovkin, who is a well-known boxing champion. He has been bestowed the international three-star status. Having gotten two golden belts this January, Baishabo kept a professional record of “14 wins, 2 losses, and 1 draw”. In addition, The two golden belts are WBA ASIA Champion, and Asian Continental Champion of Asian Boxing Council (ABCO), which is a confederation affiliated with WBC.

Baishanbo will not only enter the top 15 in the world but obtain the unilateral right to challenge the owners of the world’s golden belts if he wins the WBC International Title. In short, he is expectant to become China’s third world professional boxing champion. In fact, it was the second time for Baishanbo to visit Chongqing. The first visit is in April 2016 and felt the enthusiasm of fans in this Mountain City. He also hopes to give them a wonderful performance.

Baishanbo's matched competitor is Ernesto Espana Jr., a 37-year-old boxer with the same three-star status from Venezuela. Ernesto Espana Jr. is from a boxing family. His amazing record achieved “26 wins, 1 loss and 1 draw (21 KO)” with the KO percentage up to 80%. In the eight championships from last two years, it is astonishing that his KO percentage reached 100%.

Chinese Boxers Will Fight for Boxing Championship

He Zongli is from Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, who is another Chinese boxer entering the main competition. He won the “Golden Horse Award” with the documentary filming of China Heavyweight. This helps him earn the widespread fame. Zongli has won the Champion of Sichuan Boxing Championship many times. He is also the owner of WBC Asian Silver Belt (115 pounds) after becoming a professional boxer. The most impressive words for him is "boxing changes life". 

Furthermore, there are 3 expectant boxers will appear on occasion.  Zhou Ruidong is a boxer from local Chongqing. Yu Yougu obtained “Eagle of the Yi Nationality”. Su Xiaotao is famous for “Courageous Fighter”. Zhang Qixiu is a strong boxer from Northeast China.
