On November 3, the “Mirror of Time—the First Chongqing Experimental Image Biennial” opened at Art Museum of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute (SCFAI) in Chongqing College Town. SCFAI Chongqing Photographers Association and Chongqing Artists Association organized the exhibition together. In addition, 50 artists from all over the world unveiled their works of imaginative art during the biennial.

Wang Lin and Li Chuan serve as the curators of this biennial based on photography, image and imaging device. It covers 10 units, including “Sidelights of Old Factories”, “Projective Nature”, “Personal Narrative”, “Image 1+2”, “Reading Interaction”, “Daily Life”, “Playing Space” and “Image Reflection”. 50 artists from around the world displayed their works. Viewers can see the results made in the exploration of contemporary image art through these artworks.
The exhibition attracted many people
“The image is an important medium. Moreover, it becomes our main communication means. It comes from the communication of language, text, and images to the combination of pictures and images.” Curator Wang Lin said, “Holding such an exhibition in Chongqing can also boost the development of local youth art.”
There is an area collects more than 500 bottles, presented to the public
Unlike normal art exhibitions, the image art exhibition offers viewers more interactive experience. Additionally, the Bottle has attracted the participation of numerous spectators.
