Chongqing – During the first three days of the Spring Festival holidays, Chongqing has witnessed a large number of tourists. According to the statistics of Chongqing Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism Development, the city received a total of 17.7493 million tourists, a year-on-year increase of 19.18%. Meanwhile, the total tourism revenue reached RMB 6.445 billion, an increase of 27.98%.

The Geleshan Martyrs Cemetery received 50,300 tourists and realized a tourism income of RMB 19,170,50; the Three Gorges Museum received 24,900 tourists; the Expo Garden received 15,000 tourists and realized a tourism income of RMB 140,000; Chongqing Zoo received 58,000 tourists, and the tourism revenue was RMB 1.47 million; In terms of Yangtze River Cableway, it received 45,600 tourists, and the tourism income reached RMB 724,500; Nanshan Botanical Garden received 36,200 tourists, and the tourism income was RMB 1,171,10; Liangjiang International Movie City received 45,900 tourists with the tourism income of RMB 2,095,800 yuan; also, the iconic Hongyadong received 242,000 tourists.

For example, Wulong Karst Landscape Scenic Area received 51,800 tourists, realizing a tourism income of RMB 4,982,200; Yunyang Longgang Scenic Area received 33,000 tourists and realized a tourism income of RMB 3,144,700 yuan; Locajoy Theme Park received 14,000 visitors. The tourism income was RMB 7.097 million; Jinfo Mountain received 18,400 tourists and realized a tourism income of 10.3 RMB million.
