Silk Road International Excellent Photography Works Exhibition Tour (Chongqing Station), one of the promotional projects sponsored by China National Arts Fund, opened in Jiangbei District on June 1. This exhibition will last until June 7 and is open to the public for free.
The major exhibits are collected from the award winners in the Silk Road National Youth International Photography Competition, which received tens of thousands of photography works by more than 60,000 teenagers from 52 countries and regions since its start in October 2017.
“The 120-odd exhibits are the best collections from the competition, which will be presented under the six themes of the Light, Civilization, Tales, People, Hope, and Prosperity of the Silk Road. It is to showcase the graceful and charming natural landscapes and brilliant regional cultures along the Silk Road,” said the director of the Organizing Committee.
People also celebrated the opening of the 2019 Silk Road National Youth International Photography Competition (Chongqing) at the event, which will last until August 15.
