Historical Progress involved four chapters. The First Chapter was about social and economic development fruits gained by the city, including the Chengdu-Chongqing Railway, the establishment of the municipality directly under the central government, Three Gorges immigrants, and Smart China Expo. All of them became news “printed” on Chongqing Daily, which stretched for over 10 meters.

Glorious Days with You told stories about average people, such as deliverymen, scientific research teams and young entrepreneurs, and Chongqing. Photos about important time nodes in their daily lives pictured a complete 24-hour timeline of the city. They not only recorded ordinary but busy lives of people but also marked the vigorous development of Chongqing.
