Chongqing- Chongqing Xiantao International Big Data Valley in southwestern China will open the first batch of more than 400 apartments for high-level talents on December 5. It aims to build an intelligent big data industry cluster, promote intelligent manufacturing, and attract various types of innovative entrepreneurs.

In recent years, Chongqing has attached great importance to the development of the human resources service industry and adopted a series of policy measures. Xiantao Big Data Valley Company conducted many surveys at enterprises in the park and found the housing demand from recruited talents there. A total of more than 1,800 quality rooms, more than 400 for the first phase will be provided. Each room has a complete configuration, custom furniture and brand appliances, and high-standard bathrooms. The minimum rent is 800 yuan per month, and the model room will also open on December 5.
The supporting facilities of the big data valley are gradually being improved. Twelve bus lines connect the downtown of Chongqing, and Panda vehicles, Chang'an Travel, and other time-sharing leasing are offered. Altogether, the park is home to 35 supporting catering businesses. Kindergartens and primary schools are being built and enrollment is expected to begin next year. The apartments to be opened will further meet and improve the living needs of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the park.
At present, Xiantao International Big Data Valley has successfully introduced 148 high-tech companies including Huawei, ARM, Qualcomm, and Microsoft and 764 registered companies. It gathers 2,500 innovators and entrepreneurs. The big data valley will create a favorable environment for talent development from multiple aspects such as policy support, financial support, talent guarantee, and technology empowerment.
