The 5th edition of Entry/Exit Health Declaration Form officially started using on Tuesday. The General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China (GACC) issued the Announcement on Re-adopting the Health Declaration Form for Inbound and Outbound Travelers on January 26 following the Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Specific Rules for Enforcing the Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of the People’s Republic of China.
