The outlook of the building

With the resource advantages of Alibaba Group and the financial benefits of Ant Consumer Finance, Nan'an will promote industrial restructuring, industrial development, and consumption upgrading, thereby building a consumer cluster area, as well as opening a new chapter in consumer brand and quality improvement. Ant Consumer Finance will give full play to its advantages in such consumption scenarios as culture and entertainment, shopping and delicacy, to provide convenient and personalized Internet consumer credit services.

The entrance of the building

An official from the Commission of Commerce of Nan'an District said that Nan'an would take this opportunity to build a digital life platform based on the development of the Landmark Riverside Scenic Area, Green Development Demonstration Zone of Yangtze River Economic Belt in Guangyang Island, and Nanshan City Mountain Park, to facilitate the digital upgrading in the service industry. Moreover, by maximizing Alibaba Group's advantages in the digital economy and resources, Nan'an will encourage retail enterprises such as shopping malls and markets to enrich experience-based business forms for differentiated operation. The focus will be placed on the introduction of new types of the complex consumption form integrating educational training, e-sports, VR experience, art stores, catering, and entertainment, as well as the shift from conventional marketing venues to social background, family consumption, educational consumption, fashion consumption, and culture consumption centers, in an attempt to pursue the innovative transformation of physical retail.

The public working area

To that end, Nan'an will go to great length to popularize new technologies and models of smart retail such as self-service pick-up machines, payment through facial recognition, and unmanned sales stores. It will push the online-to-offline integration of enterprises. Specifically, enterprises provide experience-based service scenarios to develop online transactions through social platforms such as mini-programs, live streaming, and a short video.

The venue for working

Nan'an will also cooperate with Alibaba Group to carry out the latter's Spring Thunder Initiative. In this regard, it will build an e-commerce live streaming base of Taobao University, issue cloud consumption coupons of enterprises, and develop new business forms such as local, new digital life and digital transformation of open fairs.
