"I'm 51 years old. The restaurant was officially set up in 1987. There used to be a lot of people for agricultural fairs. The restaurant opened at 2 o'clock in the morning. Most customers would order tofu pudding, and today they still will." Wang Chunqiu greeted the customers and joked, "I was a little girl when took the restaurant from my sister, and now I am old!"

Hegoubian Tofu Pudding Restaurant opens at noon now, but the business is good. "We served nearly 30 tables every day, and most diners are regular." Meanwhile, the reporter saw that some people were still drinking in a corner. It was 3 o'clock in the afternoon. It is indeed prosperous!
