City and Art: Work Exhibition of Ten Painters Graduated from SCFAI is a collection of 10 artists' latest works. Born between the 1960s and the 1980s, they experienced the golden period of the cultural and artistic market after the reform and opening-up in China. Devoting themselves to creation, these painters have made brilliant achievements in their respective art fields. For instance, Tan Jun was listed in the Hurun Most Successful Chinese Living Artists 2019; Zhou Nanping's An Erect Pine was included in the Art Exhibition of Chongqing to Celebrate the 65th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China; Struggle by Deng Yuguang was awarded the silver prize in the Metaphysics-2nd Contemporary Art Tour; Xie Bei has exhibited his works in the 9th International Fine Arts Exhibition held at Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum; Ou Zou won the Chinese Ink Painting Award from the Powerlong Museum. The rest of the artists also held solo exhibitions before. These painters' works are in different styles, showing their dexterous skills and profound understanding of art.

The Exhibition of Manuscripts of Dream of the Red Mansions by Qiu Zhenglun highlights the venue. Prof. Qiu is a doctoral supervisor with the School of Fine Arts, Southwest University, and a calligraphy lover. More than two years ago, Prof. Qiu started to copy the 960,000-character Dream of the Red Mansions with regular script in small characters, encouraged by Zeng Laide, former Deputy Director of China National Academy of Painting and Executive Director of Calligraphy and Seal Cutting Institute. The manuscripts are embedded with the writer's understanding and his pursuit of perfect calligraphy.

My City, My Home-Sunac Children's Art Exhibition contains paintings of Chongqing kids. Imagination and creativity are gems of these immature works. Children draw the world in their eyes and artistically express their emotions. Normal urban lives have been lightened with paintbrushes. Painting is a great way to improve kids' artistic tastes, enrich their spiritual world, and help them demonstrate their desire for a beautiful future.

The three exhibitions present an art feast to visitors, allowing them to enjoy the attainments of sophisticated artists and the artless world of children. Rich in content and diverse in forms — the paintings and calligraphy works prove the success of Chongqing's Urban Art Cell Cultivation Plan, which is an important project of SCFAI. Co-sponsors included Sichuan Fine Arts Institute (SCFAI), Chongqing Cultural Investment Group, and Sunac China Holdings Limited; co-undertakers embodied Shecheng Media Group, Chongqing Culture Assets and Equity Exchange Center, Chongqing Key, and Cultural Geography. These exhibitions are of positive significance for bringing culture and art into communities, vitalizing the culture and art market, inspiring people's artistic taste, and boosting Chongqing's cultural industry development.
