In terms of the production environment, the platform can achieve large-scale centralized control from a distance of more than five kilometers, allowing over 40 central control rooms and 400 employees to be evacuated from major dangerous areas involving gas.
As for integrated iron front control, 350,000 points of big data analysis and diagnosis realizes the cost reduction with 40 RMB per ton of iron cost reduction and 500 tons of average daily production increase.
The multi-discipline and multi-process borderless collaboration can reduce the number of operating areas by 60% and increase personnel efficiency by 40%, realizing a flattened and professionalized organizational structure.

Activating layout of overseas markets
