As Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games is approaching, the Teenagers' Ice and Snow Artistic Creation Activity built on the theme of "Loving Snow and Ice, Welcoming Winter Games" was held in Chongqing Sunac Snow Park on January 23 to display the Winter Games in teenagers' pictures in Chongqing, so as to carry forward the Olympic spirit and the ice and snow culture.

Since the collection of pictures was launched in November 2021, Chongqing's primary and middle schools and art institutions have actively participated in the activity. Following the schedule, the Organizing Committee received thousands of excellent works which were abundant in content and theme. After several rounds of selection, the Organizing Committee awarded 110 golden prizes, 170 silver prizes, and 50 bronze prizes, among which 40 works will be exhibited in a Beijing exhibition. The award-winning works are now being displayed, and an awarding ceremony will be held in Chongqing Sunac Snow Park.
According to the activity director Zhou Yingying, 100 award-winning works are being exhibited with distinctive themes, profound content, and various forms, revealing the perfect match of the beauty of sports and art. Through pictures and calligraphy, teenagers have drawn the Winter Games in their minds and written down the best wishes for the Winter Games.
Zhou said, most of these works demonstrated much imagination to show athletes' struggling for success and imply little artists' love for winter sports and their anticipation for the upcoming Winter Games.

Liu Chuhan won the golden prize for creating My Dream of Winter Games. Liu said, "It took me two weeks to finish this picture. I was surprised to win a golden prize. I drew the Bird's Nest Stadium, mascots, and a skier to cheer for the Winter Games."
Her mother, Liu Xiaoxu, told the reporter that it is a significant activity for children as her daughter can feel the power of the Olympic spirit and achieve self-development and self-learning during creation.

According to the activity committee, Chongqing Sunac Snow Park would like to contribute to the upcoming Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games. Through this activity, it aims to increase residents' awareness of sports, publicize winter sports, promote the national fitness campaign, popularize recreational sports in winter, and attract more teenagers, families, and sports fans to participate, to realize the goal of "driving 300 million people to participate in ice and snow sports". Centering on "sports +," Chongqing Sunac Snow Park strives to build an ice and snow world in Chongqing and develop ice and snow sports into lifelong sports to thrive in winter sports. Visitors can participate in the exhibition the awarding ceremony and listen to ice and snow stories told by experts. In addition, visitors can experience ice and snow sports tutored by professional trainers free of charge. These activities will fully show Chongqing's rich ice and snow tourism resources, help visitors acquire knowledge of ice and snow sports, and enable more families to feel the charm of ice and snow at close range.
