Since the China-France Year of Culture and Tourism launch in 2021, the two countries have carried out in-depth exchanges and cooperation in culture, tourism, and sports at national and sub-national levels.

Taking advantage of the China-France Year of Culture and Tourism opportunity, the activities will pool Michelin-starred restaurants, chefs, wine, ingredients, and other living arts of France in Yuzhong District, Chongqing. Through such activities, Coeur De Provence will catalyze cultural food exchanges between China and France and build Chongqing into a gatherer and trend-setter for international consumption resources.

As the focus of the catering industry has shifted from customer growth to customer retention in recent years, innovation of dishes has channeled energy into restaurants and brands. The new pattern of modern catering is gradually taking shape, rendering the internationalization of Chinese food imperative.
