Chongqing- The Smart China Expo (SCE) 2022 kicked off on August 22 in Chongqing, where Chongqing's Dazu District has displayed its multiple smart city intelligent application scenarios via cutting-edge technologies such as AI, Big Data, Cloud Computing, and IoT.

Dazu District is where the UNESCO World Heritage site is located. The Dazu Rock Carvings is the world's last monument and a masterpiece of cave art, capturing the essence of traditional Chinese culture and profound artistic achievement.
At this Expo, Dazu District created a mini dome theater in its pavilion, where the 8K full-dome movie Dazu Rock Carvings was shown in a special rolling session. As the world's first 8K dome film combining live-action and CG animation, this film presents the Dazu Rock Carvings through a panoramic lens.
The film also combines XR with high-speed motorcycle technology to create an interactive display scene with a motorcycle, a drone, and a scenic spot. Walking into the Flying Dazu Immersive CAVE Space area, visitors will feel like they are flying with a sword and enjoying the Dazu District's tourism.
The enterprises in Dazu District are inseparable from these brilliant experiences. For example, Chongqing Guofei General Aviation Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has developed China's first high-rise fire drone with loads of 50kg, which can fly at least 300 meters and up to 5,000 meters.
Dazu District has made remarkable achievements in the construction of the smart city. It has established an operation management center integrating urban management, monitoring, and command. Platforms such as smart city, digital village, intelligent civil administrations, and smart education have been promoted.
