Chongqing- The Smart China Expo (SCE) 2022 kicked off at Chongqing on August 22, and Chongqing Pavilion brought more than 60 exhibitors with hundred of application scenarios.

"The Chongqing Pavilion showcased Chongqing's achievements in urban construction, public services, and industrial development in recent years," said an official from Chongqing Big Data Application and Development Administration. "The innovative application scenarios include transportation, smart communities, medical care and nursing, intelligent construction, environmental protection, digital cultural tourism, urban security, and smart education."
For example, the transportation area highlighted application scenarios such as intelligent network connections, vehicle-road collaboration, and traffic management. The smart community area displayed application scenarios, such as aging-friendly services. The medical and nursing area demonstrated telemedicine, holographic 3D medical imaging, and intelligent health care.
Furthermore, the digital culture and tourism area presented application scenarios for Metaverse, digital culture, and digital scenic spots. The urban security exhibition hall showed gas safety, smart elevators, financial information security, and urban lifelines.

As the first in the western region, the fourth national-level Internet of Vehicles (LoV) pilot zone, and a pilot city for smart city infrastructure and intelligent connected vehicles coordinated development, Chongqing is gathering smart affiliated industries.
The new all-electric digital platform EPA1 of Changan Automobile is the world's first electric platform compatible with various dynamic configurations such as electric, extended range, and hydrogen fuel. Deepal SL03 is Changan's first mass-produced hydrogen fuel cell vehicle based on this platform.
Datang Gaohong Zhilian Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., the leading enterprise in the field of Internet of vehicles in China, built a new type of intelligent expressway in Chongqing with the longest route, the most complex road conditions, and complete scenes in the country.
Several types of vehicles have been connected to the vehicle networking cloud platform in Liangjiang New Area, including intelligent connected buses, micro-circulation minibusses, taxis, delivery vehicles, sanitation vehicles, and security patrol vehicles, and a cloud-edge collaboration architecture was initially constructed.
The storage-charging-replacement platform, developed by Huaneng Technology, integrated micro-grid equipment of photovoltaic, energy storage, charging, and power exchange, realizing the separation of vehicle and electricity.
Next, Chongqing will explore more intelligent networking and autonomous driving scenarios in public transportation like buses and taxis.
