Over the years, Yang Langlang has led the teachers to achieve the high-quality development of Chongqing Renmin Primary School and contribute to promoting high-quality and balanced development of urban and rural education. These years have witnessed significant changes in education development in remote rural areas.

One of the schools that Chongqing Renmin Primary School provides couplet assistance is Shaxi Primary School in Wuxi County. On her first visit, Yang Langlang found it tricky for children there to learn in a smooth and steady environment. So she asked the community for help and encouraged the faculty to raise money, eventually replacing rough chalkboards and cold water with computers and other school supplies.

"Rural schools have taken on a new look with the approach of education informatization." She then turned over a favorite picture from her cell phone. She added, "We paid another visit to Shaxi Primary School in March this year, whose classrooms have now incorporated electronic whiteboards and radiators. The children will no longer be affected by the temperature in the alpine zones."

Sharing high-quality resources in urban and rural areas

In the past ten years, Yang energetically assisted in poverty alleviation with her teachers, whose school formed pairs with over 100 rural schools, sending resources and courses to 38 districts and counties in Chongqing. Additionally, she took the lead in raising funds to donate materials worth more than two million yuan to urban families in need, schools in reservoirs, and mountainous areas.

In 2015, Yang was selected into the first group of leading principals in primary and secondary schools sponsored by the Ministry of Education. She was awarded the "Yang Langlang Principal Studio" and jointly conducted principal training in several provinces, stimulating the growth of more than 1,000 rural principals, teachers, and students.

"Rural schools benefited a lot while our beliefs also get strengthened." The progress in education over the past decade has made Yang feel invigorated.
