Chongqing - Registration for the 2022 Chang'an Automobile Chongqing Marathon opened on Oct 28. The marathon will fire its starting gun at 8 am on Nov. 27 at Nanbin Road in Chongqing. The number of this year's runners is limited to 30,000, setting up three projects, including a full marathon (42.195 kilometers), mini marathon (5 kilometers), and parent-child marathon (4.2 kilometers).

Now the race has opened for online registration on the official website and WeChat official account "Chongqing Marathon." The registration time will last till Nov. 10.
The start line is set at Nanbin Road for players to develop their personal best because the path is flat and the altitude change is minimal. The track will pass through many Chongqing landmarks, such as seven Yangtze River bridges, Chaotianmen, Yanyu Park, and many other historical and cultural landscapes. The race could help advocate a healthy lifestyle and a marathon spirit of persistence and show Chongqing city's scenery, charm, and vibrancy.

This competition set a ranking award, a Chongqing citizen group award, and a record-breaking prize for the full marathon race.
Chongqing Marathon is the first full marathon race in western China. After more than ten years of development, Chongqing Marathon has become an international gold standard, a "double gold event" for Chinese gold medals, and a Chinese marathon grand slam event.
